The Final Mystery

"Anything else we can look at?" you ask.

"Just the journals," William shrugs. "Up to you to figure it out, eh? I'm going up to the wheelhouse."

He climbs the sloping deck and clatters up the gangway. Soon you hear him chatting on the radio.

"It's a puzzlement," Claudia says. "Lots of poisons around -- alcohol, antimony, mercury, lead. But how did everyone get poisoned? And which poison did it? I don't twig it at all."

Just then, the fax beeps. A new fax is lying in the tray.
