Episode Three Mystery: Clarifications

For story reasons, we have limited the possible poisons to the few listed. In real life, investigators would have many more causes to consider.

For story reasons, we can assume that the anthropologists found all the bottles, cans and other durable trash produced by the Arctica crew.

Claudia, William, the Arctica Recovery Expedition, the Lady Jane, Qanik Bay, Deckerd Manuscripts and Frederickssen Hospital are all fictitious.

Captain Torvey, Perdita Torvey, H.M.S. Arctica and her crew are fictitious, as is the Bath Compass. We have tried to present 19th-century life as accurately as possible, within the limits of an engaging story.
