You Inspect the Test Dish
On the glass top of the dish, there's a piece of tape
with "Gentamicin" scrawled across it. Inside, you see someone stuck
a paper disk in the exact center of the agar. The disk seems to have
been soaked in something. You can see white growth blossoming all over
the dish, right up to the paper circle.
You turn the dish over. On the bottom there's a label
that reads:
| Kirby-Bauer
Disk Diffusion Test
|
| Antimicrobial
Agent: |
GENTAMICIN |
| Inoculation: |
BLACKOUT SYNDROME |
| Prepared
for: |
S. LYDELL |
From a time stamp, you learn the dish was prepared several
hours ago.
