A Noise at the Window

check on Fran, but she shows no sign of waking. Then you look out into
the lab at the bleeding man. What you see scares you. You go back to
the rack of antibiotics and pick up a syringe.
"Yo," says a voice at the window. It's Zack. "Let me in."
You help Zack climb back through the window. His eyes
fall on the syringe. "That for the bloody guy?" he asks, and you nod.
"Here's what they're using at the hospital," he says,
pulling out the bottle of Amikacin.
"Really?" you say. "That's what they're
using?"
"Oh, yeah," he says. "Or was it Mezlocillin? Alzoocybin?
No, Mycocillin. Ah, shoot. I can't remember."
