What you need to get going
Computer
Either Macintosh or PC computers may
be used.
Computer Software
Data Logger is the primary software program
to use. You may also want Heart Rate Monitor and Sound.
Computer Stations
Here are a few suggestions for setting
up a computer lab station.
Interfaces
Each lab station will require one interface.
Many computer interfacing companies are available, including Vernier,
LEAP, and Champ. Since my experience is with Vernier, I will be
describing their equipment and software. If your school has invested
in another system, most of the actual labwork might easily be
modified to work for you.
