Terminators: Wordplays for Ideas & Insights
Credo, Ergo Sum
Credit is a thing many researchers would like to
receive for their discoveries. In this sense, it means being
acknowledged as the source or origin of an idea or discovery. In fact,
credence is just three words away from creator in one of my
dictionaries. Credit comes from the Latin 'credere' meaning to believe,
to trust. Related words include creed, credo, credible, incredible,
credence, credulous, incredulous, accredit, discredit, and credit card.
